Join us on Tuesday, November 29th 2022 at 6:00 PM for the Concordia Greenhouse Annual General Meeting! This year we will be holding our AGM virtually on Zoom, and you can register via this link.
At this meeting there will be presentations of:
- Organizational restructuring and constitutional amendments (see below)
- Reports from collective members and working groups
- Financial statements for 2020-21, 2021-22 budgets
- Elections for the Board of Directors (see the application form below)
- A raffle of house plants and medicinal ointments!

BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPLICATION
Our board members have a unique opportunity to help move the mission of the Concordia Greenhouse forward, a hub of urban agriculture activity and a public greenspace in the heart of downtown Montreal, making it a pivotal organization among others in the Concordia community.

Applications must be received by Tuesday, November 29th at 5:00 PM.
To integrate our working groups more in the decision making process of the greenhouse, our board created a proposal for an organizational restructuring. To implement these changes we will have to adopt amendments to our constitution, which will allow each working group to have a voting working group representative on the board.
