TERRARIUM WORKSHOP

In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to build and care for your own little ecosystem in a jar. Most supplies are included (Jar, soil, plant, etc – feel free to bring sea glass or quartz crystals for decorations) REGISTRATION REQUIRED
VERMICOMPOSTING 101
When :: Feb 12, 17h00 – 18h30
Where :: 7th floor Greenspace
This workshop will begin with a brief explanation of ABCompost’s initiative. We will then briefly explain the process of vermicomposting and the environmental benefits it serves. The majority of the workshop will then be dedicated towards assembling the vermicomposters and providing tips on how to maintain them properly. REGISTRATION REQUIRED
PLANT SALE

Get ready to bring a little more green into your life! The Concordia Greenhouse House Plant Sale is happening on Friday Feb 13th on the 7th floor of the Hall Building. Browse a wide variety of in-house propagated plants all at budget-friendly prices.
HYDROPONICS 101
Where: Concordia Greenhouse Project (in-person, 7th floor of Hall Building)
Dates: Thursday, Feb 19 until Thursday, March 12
Time: 4:00–6:00 PM every week
This hands-on program focuses on experiential learning, experimentation, and critical reflection on the role of hydroponics in sustainability and food systems. Participants will explore hydroponic designs, lighting setups, fertilizers, crop varieties, and seed-starting techniques! REGISTRATION REQUIRED
