We started off 2016 with a bang with our new “Eating Ethically Within Your Means” Workshop Series that will run weekly until the end of March. We hosted an introduction to the series and multiple workshops on a variety of subjects including apartment hydroponics and winter herb remedies, featuring a week of workshops solely on fermentation! We covered kombucha, lacto-fermentation, Japanese style fermentation, and vegan kimchi. We also hosted a well-attended open house on January 13th.
