Seasonal Medicinal Teas

Every season comes with its illnesses as our bodies are under constant change. Various herbs, flowers and seeds can help us to better adapt to the changing weather, temperature and even the varying levels of sun exposure. Whether you have the winter blues or summer allergies, learn what tea combinations are beneficial to help you. A sample of tea will be provided, as well as some notes. Let’s discuss and share!
