Concordia Greenhouse Tours

The Concordia Greenhouse is open to the public between the hours of 11am and 5pm during the school year. During these hours, students and community members have access to the Atrium, and the Tea Kitchen only. During open hours our collective members are available to answer questions about the space, but tours are not offered on a drop-in basis.

Your group can request a private guided tour on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends, should staff be available. Please contact us at info@concordiagreenhouse.com to book your tour!

TOUR RATES:

Internal Concordia University Group TourFree, when available (includes 15-20 minute tour)

Community Groups Tour$50 for 30 minutes (includes a 15-20 minute tour followed by a tea and/or micro-greens sampling)

TourPlus – $100 for 1 hour (includes 30 minute tour, tea and micro-greens samples and activity)

  • 30 minute tour – Detailed overview of past and current projects, detailed history of the greenhouse. Overview of demonstration systems, atrium theme beds, micro-greens operation and collective governance.

Activities can be: Do-it-yourself Sprouting, Making seed bombs or Intro to Urban Farming in Montreal.

    My folks are the largest greenhouse growers in western NY and we will be in Montreal on Saturday. Would you be interested in giving us a tour/discussing operations? Baker’s Greenhouses has been in business since 1974. Please reach out if you’re interested.
